We believe our customers will be delighted with the quality of our products. Our customers are very important to us and our aim is to provide an excellent customer service. Payment- Julie’s Hidden Wedding Gems Online Website accepts PayPal, Squarecard and most Credit/Debit cards. We will also accept Bank Transfer or Cheque. Item will be posted once the cheque has cleared.

Postage and Delivery- We don’t want to disappoint customers, so please if you see an item that you really like and want to view please contact us as soon as possible on 07813 772670.  Alternatively, buy right away so as not to lose out! The online site will be updated first thing in the morning, throughout the day and in the evening.

Once your order is received, a confirmation reply mail will be sent and delivery will be dispatched within 3 working days. Please take into consideration bank holidays. If there any issues we will contact the customer by email to advise. All items are sent out either by Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery or by a Courier with a signed for service. A signature is required on receipt of when an item is delivered. If you would prefer a Next Day Delivery, or a Saturday Guaranteed Service, this would be dependent when contact is made and when Royal Mail advises when delivery would be.

Delivery prices against the items on the Online Store are to UK Mainland, but this doesn’t include Northern Ireland, some parts of Northern Scotland, Islands, EU or Worldwide. 

We can deliver to other areas if required e.g. Islands, Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland, EU or Worldwide, but Postal Charges would have to be advised on separate items due to size and weight of the parcel. So please contact us if this service is required and a price will be advised accordingly.

Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Worldwide Delivery:

Australia, Brazil, Canada, Japan, New Zealand and USA.

All orders will be carried out in pound sterling and you will be charged in pound sterling, which means the amount that you pay will depend on the exchange rate at the time your order is processed.

RETURNS POLICY

1) We offer a 14 day returns policy. We will accept and issue a refund for the cost of any unsuitable item/s providing they are returned in original condition.

2) If the items are not returned in their original condition, as assessed by Julie’s Hidden Wedding Gems, it will not be refunded and returned to the sender.

3)  We strongly recommend that the goods are returned by using Royal Mail Signed For Service, or a Courier Signed For Service.

4) You will be responsible for returning the unsuitable goods to us at your cost. If you have paid a UK standard delivery charge, this will be refunded if the item is found to be faulty or damaged.

5)   Since Julie’s Hidden Wedding Gems cannot be held responsible for goods until they arrive at our premises and unsuitable items are returned to us at your cost, the above services will insure you for the value of your goods and will also allow you to track your order via http://www.royalmail.com.

6)  A full refund for the price paid for the goods will be issued to the original customer person who bought the goods within 7 working days of receipt. We will send a confirmation email to advise you that your refund has been issued. Please note that where Next Working Day Delivery has been asked for, postage charges will not be reimbursed. Please allow 14 days before contacting us regarding your refund.

7)  Any item returned outside of our 14 day return policy, but received within 30 days of delivery, may be subject to credit at the discretion of Julie’s Hidden Wedding Gems providing goods are in original condition. Credit Notes should be redeemed within 1 year.

Faulty Goods - As every item is thoroughly inspected this instance is very rare. We take any item reported as faulty very seriously. If you have received a faulty item, please follow the process below. We will issue a full refund (incl.postage costs), exchange (if available) or credit note once the item has been deemed as faulty by Julie’s Hidden Wedding Gems. We will not be responsible for any returned garment with pulled threads, any lost or damaged beads, sequins and trims. All faults on any item prior to postage will be notified on the item on the Online Store, for customers to accept prior to purchase. Please follow the process for faulty goods:

  •  Email: julieshiddenweddinggems@gmail.com to inform us of the fault within 30 days of receipt. Please include your original order number/invoice reference, your name, billing address, date of order as well as an explanation of the fault discovered.  

  • We will send a Return Acknowledge email with your Returns Authorisation Number and the postage method you should use to return the faulty goods. On receipt of your Returns Authorisation Number (RAN), write your Returns Number on the returns slip on the reverse of the delivery note enclosed with your order. If you do not have your delivery note, either print our email or enclose your RAN, Name, Billing Address and Telephone Number. Place the completed Returns Slip in the package along with the item/s you wish to return.

  • Return your goods within 7 days of receipt of your RAN by the postal method stated in your Return Acknowledgement email to: Julie’s Hidden Wedding Gems and to the address stated in your email.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Damaged Goods- In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately at julieshiddenweddinggems@gmail.com and return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number/date/reference. We will replace any damaged goods free of charge (if applicable) or issue a full refund (incl. postage costs).Please return the item/s to: Julie’s Hidden Wedding Gems and the address stated in your email.

Lost Goods- Please contact us if you have not received your goods within 7 days of placing your order at julieshiddenweddinggems@gmail.com.  We will take up the matter with Royal Mail/Courier to rectify the situation *Please be aware that it is your responsibility to provide full and correct delivery details including postcode (if applicable). We are unable to accept responsibility for orders which fail to be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address or postcode.

Your Responsibilities- Delivery will be made to the address supplied by you at the time of ordering. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure you provide full and correct delivery details including postcode (if applicable). Your order details will be displayed on screen, prior to completing your order to allow you to check the details you are providing us. In addition, you will also receive a confirmation email following placement of your order to further allow you to check the details you have provided. We are unable to adjust your delivery address once your order has been dispatched.

Whilst we will do everything in our power to correct any disruption to our service, we do not make any promise that our website or service is entirely error free. We believe that our photographs and descriptions show and describe my products as accurately as possible; however colours of products supplied may differ slightly from appearances online or on leaflets. Return Policy

 14 Days To Change Your Mind :

A simple hassle-free policy to make shopping at Julies Hidden Wedding Gems as easy as possible.

 

We offer a 14 day returns policy. We will accept and issue a refund for the cost of any unsuitable item/s providing they are returned in original condition.

If an item is unsuitable, please follow the process outlined in our Return Policy Section.

 

If you would like to notify us of your wish to return your order, please email julieshiddenweddinggems@gmail.com or complete our Contact Form with your order number within 14 days of receipt and advise that you are returning your order within 14 days.

We strongly recommend goods are returned by the following Royal Mail services:

Terms

You will be responsible for returning the unsuitable goods to us within 14 days of receipt at your cost. If you have paid a UK delivery charge, this will be refunded should goods be found to be faulty, which we sincerely hope not as everything is checked before leaving the premises.

We can't be held responsible for goods until they arrive at our premises.  Unsuitable items are returned to us at your cost, the above services will insure you for the value of your goods and will also allow you to track your order via Royal Mail’s website.

A full refund for the price paid for the goods will be issued to the original card holder within 7 working days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email to advise the refund has been issued.

Any item returned outside of our 14 day return period, but received within 30 days of delivery, may be subject to credit at the discretion of Hidden Gems providing goods are in original condition.  Credit notes should be redeemed within 1 year.
